1. Services

Selvara Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services within designated service areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or approved invoice.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a touch-up service at our discretion.

6. Liability

Selvara Cleaning is insured. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Improperly installed fixtures

• Items not secured prior to cleaning

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or refuse service if conditions differ significantly from what was disclosed during booking.
